The Thirteenth Edition was launched this evening, 7th of March 2014, in University College Cork by the Hon. Mr Justice Adrian Hardiman, Justice of the Supreme Court of Ireland. Included in the Thirteenth Edition is a foreword from Dr Maria Catherine Cahill, of the Faculty of Law, University College Cork.

 

The Gold Medal for Best Overall Article for the Thirteenth Edition was awarded to Amy Dunne for her article: Irish Competition (Amendment) Act 2012: Strengthening Competition Law Enforcement in Ireland.

 

The Gold Medal for Best Undergraduate Article for the Thirteenth Edition was awarded to Robert Noonan for his article: The Ontology of the Subject of Rights: Postmodern Perspectives on the Irish Constitution through a Case Study On the Right to Free Speech.

 

The Gold Medal for Best Letter was won by Keith Winters for his letter: An Analysis of the Newbridge Credit Union Takeover: What Comes Next for Ireland’s Credit Unions?
